Was able to get a last minute appointment that was thorough and caring. They explained everything and when/if to get her checked further after 24-48 hours. The staff were very accommodating and caring. Price was reasonable including medications.
I recently made a booking and I needed to change it. I tried calling for days and the line would drop out or just ring out. Even when it stated they were open on the day, there was no answer, and no answering machine message in order to leave a message for a return phone call. I emailed to ask for a change of date and received no response. I have booked elsewhere.
Pretty disappointed with the lack of response to a complaint I made on the 26th March had to email them 2 days later to ask if they received my original email got a reply saying “yes we did, we’ve passed it on to management they can get pretty busy so I’ve flagged it” I let it go being close to Easter thought I’d give them some grace. So kind and accommodating. Our Vet Annabel talks us through all the care needed for our cat, why this is needed, when to do something, the theory behind it. Very comforting.
Great hospital staff treat animals as pets not companions. It would be nice to see them respect the animals as if they were our family.
