We are brand new owners of an 8 week old pup and this is our first experience with a veterinarian. Reception staff were friendly. Waste of $88 going to the vet tho, we were in there for 5 minutes to be told we can’t get a good look at his eyes, as he kept moving his head when the vet would grab him. She wasn’t persistent with the exam, she seemed very unhappy and uninterested with our concerns. I have to thank Charmhaven veterinary for saving our dog and looking after him for the duration of his constipation 1500 dollars later but well worth it
