Jamie at Charmhaven Carpets was fantastic to work with. He was generous with his time in-store and really informative about choosing the right carpet for us. When we had a leak come up just before laying, he jumped in at short notice to help us get it fixed before the new carpet was laid. The carpet feels amazing underfoot and we're so happy with the final result. Highly recommend Charmhaven Carpets to anyone looking for a team who make time to help you make the best choice.
