We picked this place to do our floors because they gave a fair price, answered all our questions to help us decide what flooring would suit our needs the best, were happy to accommodate us needing a break 1/2 way and doing the flooring in 2 seperate lots The tradesmen they use are the best, friendly, hard-working and on time We recomend Charmhaven Carpets to our friends with no hesitation

Was one of the first customers after the sale of the family biz we had been dealing with for many years, so was a little apprehensive. Had no need for concern as Jamie worked closely with us to ensure everything went well with the selection and laying of the carpet in 3 rooms. Everything went to plan. Great communication. The laying team were fantastic and worked so well with my elderly mum. To quote her, “They were just fantastic.”
This review is from Carpet and vinyl installation in Jan 2025. Excellent staff from sales girls - sisters Margaret & Janet to dad (owner) Doug. Installers were awesome also. Very happy customer. Thou last week 6 March 2025 I found the company was in the last stages of changing ownership so all reviews before mine will be of no significance. I wish new owners luck but only time will tell.
Excellent range at very competitive prices. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Completed multiple flooring projects, installers providing high quality installations and excellent communication. Highly recommend.
