Staff reception are friendly and accomodating. The swim teachers are awesome! They are gentle with them and ensure that they teach each child at their swim level.

The water is smoother and it doesn’t smell of chlorine. Hydrotherapy has music and is self directed. Clean pool with noodles provided. Could use some assistance rails in the shower. Friendly staff.
If you forget your goggles Steve makes sure your kids get humiliated for it.He is rude to the kids and a bully. Manager did not get back to me either. I had to take my kids out. The other teachers are fabulous.
