I came in to make an appointment to be told I could have my pedicure done immediately. One star for that. In the middle of my appointment a group of women with appointments walked in. The rest of my appointment was rushed and not done carefully. They would be wise to not try to squeeze people in between scheduled appointments.
Love this place but had a terrible experience with a pedicure today. From the moment the girl took my feet she was careless, and hurt with every clip! Did not shape my nails nor did she file them. Didn't bother to ask me if the towel was too hot, didnt bother to dry my legs or massage the scrubby stuff in the back of them - just quickly rubbed it around! Didn't polish all the toe. Not to mention, I couldn't talk to her because she knew 0 English! I could go on but it wouldn't be helpful me now!!
Paridhi did a great job on some fun Halloween nails.
