Disappointing workmanship, unprofessional communication, dirty salon, a lack of accountability. I had two appointments with Chante Haynes ("Charm") of Charmed Beauty Salon in Inglewood, and my experience fell well short of the professionalism and personalized care advertised on her website. She is always very professional. She has a lot patience with my elderly aunt. Never any complaints with the styles she gives us. I’d choose every time.

I had my hair done by Charmed and she did an excellent job .I really love that woman she has a good spirit , she is fun , always happy , smiling and brings that energy wherever she is .My hair turned out so beautiful and I highly recommend her .
