I have been going to Charme and Cheveux for almost 6 years now! I have had amazing experiences getting my hair done, along with their manicure and pedicure services! They always find time to squeeze me to get my hair done when I am in the area and are very accommodating when I have a last minute cancellation. I will never forget when they took me the day of prom within an hour to do a fresh blowout, mani and pedicure within an hour! Had an upsetting experience today at Charme and Cheveux. Over the phone, we had requested two pedicures at the same time, and even verified they would be able to take us both at the same time. We also told them we didn’t have a preference for a technician. Shortly after we arrived, they explained that they would have to take us one after the other as we had been scheduled for the same technician, but when we said that was not what we had requested, they said we would be taken about 10 minutes apart.
