EDIT: Updating my review to add that Charmaine reached out to me directly to review what had happened during my appointment and make sure I was satisfied. She offered to fix it for me, and wound up processing an extra refund for me. I really appreciate the customer service and am happy with how this situation was handled! I had such a great experience with Julia Phipps! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she really listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result. My hair turned out amazing! On top of that, she was so easy to talk to and the conversation made the whole appointment fly by. It’s always nice finding someone who is both great at hair and makes you feel comfortable in their chair. Highly recommend her and the salon!

At my consultation a week prior I was told to expect $200 for some green color blocking. I did ask at my appointment to leave some pieces blonde but wasn’t told this would affect price. At my appointment I was charged $390 with no warning or discussion during my appointment about a price increase. When I called to ask about the price increase I was told it was for extra color and time, which was confusing since I have short hair and my stylist cut my hair (a good 2 inches and layers) after dying it.
