I will not have the hair I wanted for my graduation thanks to this salon. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CharMarie Salon. I originally called in the beginning of April asking for a color correction appointment, but to my surprise I was booked for a toner appointment instead. During the phone call, I myself had to ask whether I needed a consultation first because color correction obviously requires one. I originally got a cut that wasn't what I was hoping for, but the owner of the salon took the time to fit me in immediately and get me to a place where I'm happy with my hair. I love my haircut now; the owner is wonderful.
