I can’t say enough wonderful things about my PCP. She is incredibly caring, kind, and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes appointments, and makes me feel heard and supported every single visit. Her compassion and dedication are unmatched, and I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients and their well-being.
The worst doctor experience I’ve had in terms of follow-up and getting medication prescribed. I’ve now called 4 times over the course of about 2 weeks trying to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Every time, I’ve been told the doctor will address it soon and that they would follow up. And every single time, that turned out to be a lie. There was no followup. My pharmacy has STILL not received the prescription, leaving me without medication. Doctor Young seemed very nice in the office visit but has failed to actually provide me any treatment. She ordered tests before prescribing a new prescription and said she would call me after she got the results but ghosted me instead. I tried to contact the doctor 3 times by phone and mychart in 2.5 weeks and no answer. She was also supposed to fix a dosage issue for an existing prescription and didn't do that.
