Very poor experience with this office and will not be returning. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 45 minutes yesterday. Because I had a dentist appointment afterward and did not want to be late or disrespectful of that provider’s time, I politely asked for the bloodwork order form and explained that I would need to reschedule the appointment. Edited: this doctor's staff is beyond unprofessional. Left me in waiting room for 45 minutes, I politely asked for a blood order form and said I had a dentist appointment I needed to attend, so as to not be late or rude to my dentist. The doctor came out and said she'd see me, but I didn't have time left to get to the dentist in time, but said I appreciated the blood order and would take her first availability for an appointment where she wasn't running behind. Dr. Hennes is truly one of a kind. She cares for not just me, but my entire family—my adult children, my sister, and my nephew—and we all absolutely adore her. I have referred several friends and they all agree. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel so comfortable and valued. We’re so grateful to have her.
