Everything was great! The service, the price and my hair came out amazing. They were very sweet and welcoming. Definitely will be a returning customer!
Charmaine was paid to do a touch up relaxer and to clip my hair ends even. She ignored my complaints that the relaxer was burning and kept saying it had to be sat in my hair in order to “process”. She was very offensive and took no responsibility when I brought this matter to her attention. She accused me of my hair being damaged when I went to her for the appointment when I have proof my hair was not damaged at all. Charmaine and her daughter is taking no responsibility for the damages they have to done to my hair. BE AWARE... read more
This is my first time going to Ms. Charmaine and it definitely won't be my last her and her daughter are so kind and welcoming she is very professional and did such a beautiful job on my hair I highly recommend her
