I went to see Charmaine Edwards for symptoms of fatty liver. She saw me, chalked it up to weight, and ran very few tests. It turns out I had Hep A which was causing my liver issues. Because of her incompetence, my care was delayed several months. Do not see this doctor. Make the trek to St. Louis or anywhere else and get real care
Canceled a scheduled Colonoscopy 20 minutes before we were to leave the house. My boyfriend is in liver failure and this has only made his situation WORSE. The negligence of “Dr.” Edwards has resulted in him being in the ER multiple times.
Amazing gastroenterologist. She was aware of my disabilities and was so considerate and helpful through the entire process even offering a referral to help when she saw I felt stuck in my current medical treatment with my disability. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! 🥰
Dr. Edward's found a flat polyp in my colon & referred me to a specialist. Until then I didn't know flat polyps existed. After researching I read these can be overlooked easily during a colonoscopy. Ultimately the specialist was unable to remove so I had a 6 inch section of my colon removed by a surgeon. The polyp turned out to be stage 1 cancer. If it hadn't been for Dr. Edwards finding it initially I may have never known Until it was too late. Thank you Dr. Edwards.
