Miserable experience with this agent. Will take my business elsewhere. Have never been treated so poorly by an insurance agent. Intend to file complaint with Maryland Insurance Commissioner .

I've been working with Charmaine for the last five years (since moving to Baltimore) and she has been incredible, as has her staff! They are always available, always resolve what ever question or situation I'm in that I need help with. They go above and beyond each time and on top of it, they remember me and always make me feel that instead of being a client of State Farm, I have my own personal insurance agent.
