Irina truly saved the day. After having a disappointing experience with alterations elsewhere, I was referred to her, and I am so grateful I was. From our first phone call to picking up my dress, she was kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She not only fixed the issue I was having with my dress but also repaired things I thought were beyond saving. Her attention to detail, skill, and quick turnaround were remarkable. Thanks to Irina, my dress was perfect. I can't recommend her enough.
I went here as my first bridal shopping appointment and it was amazing! We had the whole place to ourselves, and I got to pick the dresses to try on and have a whole fashion show! The consultant really helped me feel welcome and special! I would absolutely going here for a private and unique bridal shopping experience
Irina did an amazing job with my alterations! I was a bit panicked as my dress came a few months later than expected from a different store, but she made me feel at ease and was able to fit me in for my required appointments in time! My dress fits like a glove it’s perfect! Highly recommend Irina!
My order has issues and I reported immediately but they insisted it is only the fabric. They don’t have clear refund and replacement conditions.
Got my wedding dress altered here! Very fair pricing and Irina did an amazing job 🩷! Would 100% recommend!
