Charm pools is so quick to take your money but doesn’t feel they need to send out their workers to get the job done! They make promises, and refuse to keep them... and always have excuses as to why they can’t send workers out on certain days (perfectly good weather to get the ball rolling on the pool) Do not waste your time & money with this company. You’ll regret it🤷🏼♀️

Charms Pool is a JOKE!!! They sent 3 guys out to my house to install a pool. One sat in the truck scratching off lottery tickets the whole time, the other cut the roots and the other guy stood there with a level. They got in there truck and left never noticed us what was going on. I called the pool company and they said the ground is to wet to place the pool. They left the boxes wide opened they never even tried leveling the ground nor did they even have sand to put down!!! They promised to have a pool and to be swimming by ... read more
This is the WORST POOL COMPANY. They tried to deceive me on dishonest pricing, installing a pool motor smaller than the one they charged me for and being generally not reputable. Under no circumstances should you hire them...they are crooks.

We have never had such bad business at a local establishment. They were rude, not accommodating at all, and they do not know what they are even selling. I'm not one to put down a business however this was a big let down and we spent good money. Just a heads up for future buyers.
