This is by far the worst medical clinic I have ever dealt with. My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and financially draining. Over the past two years, I spent approximately $15,000 seeking medical care and treatment. Despite this significant financial commitment, I received little to no proper medical care or results. Great service provided by Charm Fertility at the reception, nurses and ultrasound technician. They helped to monitor the pregnancy regularly until the 10th week and also prescribed the required medication early on.
They entertain the late comers but will not entertain you if you arrived on time. Poor management. But the doctor was very nice.
I have a wonderful experience with Charm Fertility. They just discharged me yesterday and I can’t stop me to give review about them. Nurse Monica is very kind and have patience. She cleared all doubts and answered all my questions in every visit. She provided me usable information and explained every step nicely and in easy way, so that I could understand everything.
