A complete lack of informed consent at this clinic. I booked an appointment to do an ultrasound and discuss with the doctor about a hormonal issue I’d been having. I got there and as I was about to go into the room, I read on the paper they gave me that they were going to perform a TRANSVAGINAL ultrasound, even though nobody informed me about that.
