My daughter recently underwent surgery, and we were provided with this gynecologist's contact information for follow-up care. Unfortunately, contacting the office has been very frustrating. Each time we call, we are told that staff are busy on other calls and asked to hold, but the call is disconnected almost immediately. This has happened repeatedly. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The reception staff are often rude and unprofessional, and it is very difficult to get assistance when needed. Phone calls frequently go unanswered, and on some occasions, my calls were disconnected without any explanation. Over the past two years, I have spent a significant amount of time trying to receive proper medical care here, but I have seen very little effort to address my concerns. Please don't go there... =================== My experience with CHARM Fertility & Gynecology has been extremely disappointing. After visiting this clinic since 2018, I can confidently say that the service has only become worse over the years. The environment feels chaotic, unprofessional, and focused more on money than patient care. The staff communication is poor, and while a few individuals are kind, the majority show little professionalism or basic courtesy. I'm a young female 21, first time getting a pelvic ultrasound and they didn't let my partner come in the room with me. On top of that the Dr that did the pelvic ultrasound was not at all gental. She hit my cervix 4 times causing me to bleed a little afterwards and caused abdominal cramping.
