I was looking for a few parts for my Sthil Line trimer (weed wacker) and I had been told by other So called Sthil dealers thatthe parts were no longer available for my model. But Mervin H at Charm Engine LTD knows his stuff and in nome hadthe exact parts which were supposedly no longer available from other Sthil dealers ! Looko further whenyou need specific and hard to find parts these guys know their stuff and can save you a bundle of money, I think tther dealers just want you to buy their New Sthil products.

Been looking for a mower for some time now & John Ray & Robert at Charm were the most helpful to date. have taken so much time w me. I called at closing time as well and they took the time to help me. Buying a mower is a big purchase and its hard to just throw out prices over the phone at closing time ... theres a lot more involved in a sale like this. Frustrating ... but we have all been in a situation when we wanted to leave at closing and a last minute customer hailed us ... ugh!

I called in around closing time to get some pricing and Paul says they are just closing, I need to call back later for pricing. What in the world, not customer service at ALL.... Keep away from Charm Engine, no service.

I bought a spin dryer from this company and it arrived in two days. I had one small problem with a part; it was replaced without question within days. All correspondence with this company has been replied to the same day and very cordially. I'm very pleased with the service and the product. Refreshing to deal with a company that offers such great service.
