Fantastic! We just had our drapes cleaned by Charm, and they look amazing! Their service was very friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable, and did a great job with answering all of our questions along the way. We have used on-site cleaning service in the past, and it was nowhere near as thorough and effective as this was. Charm took our drapes down, cleaned them, and then brought them back looking fresh and beautiful! You definitely get what you pay for, and trust me, this was worth every penny!
