Charm is my go to jewelry store for my own jewelry and gifts. The staff and service is friendly and welcoming. I have bought rings, necklaces, and earrings and have never been disappointed by the selection and quality.
Staff is very Friendly, Great Customer Service, They are very helpful with what I needed. Would recommend anyone look for jewelry to look here first. Definitely will be coming back .I would also like to Thank the Manager for helping me with my decisions. Very happy with what I bought.
I want to share my experience. My husband and I both love going to Charm Diamond Centers. Norma personally is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. She's always so wonderful to talk to and kind. Shes so helpful whenever my husband and I walk in. I even sent my ex husband in to her for her help on a ring. I've gotten 3 rings through her and my husband has his wedding band and a nice chain from her as well. Choose Charm Diamond for wonderful people and a kind experience.
I go for the staff more than the jewelry, but the jewellery is definitely a plus I always find something that catches my eye. Norma is one of my absolute favorites. She is absolutely hilarious and no matter how bad your day is going. If you stop by there, they will make you smile before you leave. It’s more than just a jewellery store. They actually listen to what you are needing or looking for and they help you find the perfect addition to your collection or offer to make it for you.
