One of the older women there will be quite rude to you if you are younger. The other employee was helpful and nice though.

Horrible at repairs. I have taken my rings there about 6 different times and each time they keep resizing it wrong. Very disappointed!
I was looking for a unique men's watch for my use today March 10, 2026. I found Katt to be a very helpful and professional staff person. I understand that she is the Assistant Manager of the Southland Mall Regina location. Her tone was focused, well informed and all about me as the customer. I am happy with the watch (Bulova Automatic). I highly recommend the store and Katt as a support for any future customers.
