Bought a lifetime warranty on a ring. When making a repair claim, was advised that they cannot honour it because they had a system error and lost all of their records.

Been working with Claudette to get the ring that matches my engagement ring. Unfortunately since the first time that I looked at it the prices have gone up significantly! However Claudette made the effort to find a ring that would match well based on my engagement ring and even brought in 2 different ones for me to try. Not only was this incredibly thoughtful she also saved me money on the band as well. If you have a chance to work with her you won’t regret it

Super disappointed with the customer service. I honestly expected it to be much better considering the price point you pay for the jewelry.

I cannot recommend Heather at the Saint John McAllister location enough. She was so helpful and mindful of my budget, and was able to help me fix my favorite necklace.
