Tonight my boyfriend and I went to Conestoga mall to look at necklaces for me. We had Michael who took the time with us and made some thoughtful suggestions on which necklace would best suit me (size and colour). We left for a couple of minutes to shop around and ended up coming back. Michael was busy with another customer but Kim took care of us with our transaction. Poor customer service. There was an individual not helping anyone but didn’t greet or assist customers. Myself and another customer were there more than 5 minutes so we left. Even the rest of the staff if they are helping customers they still can say hello or even greet with eye contact or as simple as someone will be with you shortly. Another retailer elsewhere will get the business.
I can't recommend Charm enough! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Michael and Lori took the time to help me figure out what styles I liked without ever being pushy. Their guidance felt genuine and thoughtful, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and exceptional service!
