I feel badly complaining because most the staff working at this location are sweet except the manager she is so rude and offensive . My husband purchased a ring for me in April/May. Thankfully he purchased a warranty because diamonds have fallen out of my ring and it’s gone for servicing replacement at least 5 times now . The manager told me the warranty will not extend to the diamonds any longer and this would be the last time I would get it replaced for no cost . My fiancee and I discussed the design we wanted for her engagement ring, and CDC helped us with a custom build that exactly matches what we had envisioned and described to them. Also, the price was definitely on the cheaper side for what we got compared to other stores we looked at.
Took almost 3 weeks to get my ring back after getting it sized, just for it to not be the right size (still too big).
