Kim was very generous with her time and knowledge to answer all my questions. She guided me in the right direction to purchase a gift.
Kim Eckel at Charm Diamond Centres was absolute perfection—her genuine sweetness and the patient, thorough way she explained every detail made me feel completely cared for.
Exceptional service, the woman I worked with, Lori, was so kind and sweet and helpful, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget! Thanks Lori! 💖
Had a wonderful experience here the staff were so kind and knowledgeable on their wide variety of rings; thank you very much Sophia and Allan
We bought our engagement ring from here, can’t recommend this location enough! We were paying in multiple payments due to problems with my card, and the staff were more than accommodating! Allan and Sophia were really kind and made sure we got the product of a lifetime, thanks a lot!
