Fantastic experience when we traded up my bridal set! We went with an engagement ring they didn't have in yellow gold in store but could be made and sent in. We were told it could take up to 10 weeks for the new ring to come in and surprisingly was finished and showed up in under 5! My ring came in with an even higher quality Canadian diamond then what we saw in store, laser engraved and came with certification cards. I had a most wonderful experience today at this store. I've been searching websites for about a month, looking for a ring to add to my already beautiful ring set. Before I went into Charm, I visited a different jewelry store. I immediately informed them of my very healthy budget and that I didn't want to go over it.
