Horrible experience with Lory an older woman, she was very rude and had no knowledge of the stores product. And literally laughed in our faces for asking questions about the chain we wanted. But the other lady Zoey was very knowledgeable and was helpful and redeemed the experience.
I’m disappointed to say that Charm Diamond Centres did not live up to expectations. While their customer service was initially okay, the quality of the jewelry is poor. I bought a ring for my wife for a special occasion three months ago, and the diamond fell out within just two weeks. They did repair it, but the diamonds keep falling out and the overall quality of the metal feels cheap—like a $10 ring. We went to Charm to find a replacement chain for my mother. It was very important that the chain be strong and also elegant. Kim not only provided us a great chain at a fair price, but she was sensitive to the emotional attachment my mother has to the pendants that hang around her neck. Kim, thank you so much for your attention to detail and kind customer service.
Both staff working here were absolutely amazing and so personable. I have have genuinely never met a kinder, sweeter people working at a jewelry store.
