False prices and bad treatment by employees, they say a price and when paying they put many times the price. Very bad
The staff at the Village Mall location were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I have purchased several items from there and they have always looked after any problems I have had.
I am beyond frustrated with the people working at charm in the village mall. wanted to share my experience with charm in the village mall I bought a watch and ring from charm in December , the total was $1200 and my card declined for the full amount so we split it up, $600 approved but all the other try’s declined.
