Today, December 14, 2025, Sunday, I popped into Charm Jewelers, Cornwall Square Shopping Centre, Cornwall, Ontario, just for a look around. A young store associate, Amber Jarvis, stopped to help me find a certain style gold hoop earrings. Let me tell you, Amber was polite, professional and very patient. Lise(manager) & Jennifer (Asst.) helped me to adjust the band on my watch that was giving us grief ! I wanted some links removed which they did pleasantly and professionally. This is the 2nd time Jennifer helped me and was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend both and the jewelry at this store is impressive, I will be back.
