1 star is to much of a rating to leave for this store. My daughter (who is 4 and not quite) and i stopped in last friday and i couldnt of had a worse experience. When arriving at the store there was only 1 customer that was being waited on and 4 staff working. We stood there patiently waiting for our turn for a few minutes, my little one looked at the rings and went out into the hallway to sit on the airplane ride... so more then enough time to be acknowledged by a staff member... nope, completely wrong!!! I went to Charm Diamond Centre to check whether my online order, which is being delivered to the store, had arrived. The employee initially ignored me, and when I was helped, the interaction felt rude and unfriendly. I was cut off while speaking and was told, in a rude tone, “this is why it’s better to come in store to do an order so we can actually track it.” She also seemed annoyed that I was not aware they made phone calls when orders arrived. The staff at Charm in County Fair Mall in New Minas were awesome. Jane and Grace helped me select a gift and then wrapped it for me too as a birthday present for my sister. The best and friendliest staff that I have ever encountered. I will definitely shop there in the future.
