Do not shop here, they have the worst customer service! Sent my ring in for repair under warranty, was told two weeks. A month later and still no word from them so I call and sure enough it is there and no one contacted me. Went to pick it up and was told I had to pay for the repair. When I questioned why it wasn’t covered under the warranty I was asked if I had my warranty paperwork when I dropped it off and I showed her where SHE was the one that signed the paperwork before sending it out. On two different occasions now I've been in this store in the last few months. 1st time looking for a necklace, the older lady whose attention I had to get to even wait on me and she wasn't busy with another customer or anything like that....I found like I was bothering her or something. I bought a silver bracelet for $430 and wore it for one day before realizing I had buyer’s remorse over the price. I decided I wanted to return it, especially since I likely would’ve exchanged it for a more affordable bracelet in the $80–100 range from the same store. Before I even paid for the bracelet, the employee removed 3 links to fit my wrist, but nothing was mentioned about the bracelet becoming non-returnable because of that adjustment. I recently lost my mother, and before I took her two nice watches to the city to give to my sister, I had new batteries put in them at Charm Diamond Center in New Minas. Grace took care of me very well. She replaced the battery in both watches, and even went over and above by repairing a mismatching link in the watch strap. The store gets five stars, and if I could give her six I would.

1 star is to much of a rating to leave for this store. My daughter (who is 4 and not quite) and i stopped in last friday and i couldnt of had a worse experience. When arriving at the store there was only 1 customer that was being waited on and 4 staff working.
