My wife lost her wedding band and thanks to Linda and her team hooked me up got it replaced along with a few other items for the wife, I would highly recommend anyone looking for jewelry to go to charmed and ask for Linda she’s the best
Staff at the store don’t care about customers. I spent 5 minutes there and nobody noticed me nor asked if I needed help. When I asked: “excuse me?” I feel like nobody heard me. I was very disappointed. Staff don’t seem to bother.
The people here don’t care about there customers they just want your money got a rig from here amd got them to size it and when I got it back it was in horrible condition and broke a few days later where they cut it to size it horrible place to get expensive stuff
I always buy my jewelry here but honestly I won’t anymore. I bought a necklace; they said it would take 3-4 weeks to repair just the clasp on the chain (could’ve honestly replaced it in store) and it’s been way longer than that time frame. If you tend to wear jewelry everyday and get warranty on it; don’t do it here.
Was welcomed from the get go, Teresa help me find the ear ring I needed while Linda was helping me with the transaction. Nice people and a nice store will be back if I ever need any other jewelry
