Do all your employees scream at children who go behind the display accidentally, or was it just the one I dealt with Monday? Did she think he was a jewel thief? Or does she just not have any common sense? You might want to teach her some respect and a few manners. The $1482.58 I spent at People’s was worth it to not have to deal with that idiot. I’ll never step foot in Charm again! Watch your video and see how she treats customers and their children!
Always get excellent service at this store. I had work done on some rings and it was a fabulous job. The staff are wonderful. It's always a pleasant experience.
