Had a wonderful experience here with Tanya. I needed my engagement ring resized and then sent to a different city and she made the process so smooth and fairly quick! Great experience
I dropped off a ring to get resized, and the employee who took my details told me that it would be sent off for a quote, I would be called before any work was done and I could decide how I wanted to proceed. A week and a half later, I recieved my text message saying that my quote was ready and to call the store. When I did, I was informed that the workshop had decided for me that they would go ahead and do the work since "it was so inexpensive" and that my ring was ready for pickup. I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I was aware the sizing would be too big when I bought it but got a warranty to be able to bring him in after to get it sized. We went in to get it sized, and my boyfriend stated he wanted it to be snug on his wrist so it wouldn’t bug him by moving around a lot.
