I’d like to share how lucky we were to have met Tanya. Her level of customer service sets the bar for others to follow; friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable. I recommend seeing Tanya for all your jewelry purchases if you are in the capital region!
The older lady working there was extremely kind, but when we walked in and told them that we were getting married in a month, a younger lady working their with dark hair rolled her eyes and gave a dirty look. My fiancé and I both knew then and there we did not really want to bring our service here, as we did not feel welcomed from the beginning. What can I say about this shop? They go above and beyond. I have dealt with their store for 15 years. I am treated with the upmost respect and feel valued. I just did a large transaction and again I was super happy with the service. Kevin and Barb along with the whole staff cares about the customers they work with! Amazing.
Excellent service from staff on both of our recent visits. Good quality products and fair market prices. Would certainly recommend them to others.
