5 stars to Tanya Brewer for helping me through designing my wife's engagement ring over a year ago! Everyone was very helpful and not pushy! I also bought my wedding band and had rings resized here with no complaints!
Nicole is the reason I stay with charm diamond at regent mall in Fredericton. She is always so helpful and gives fantastic service. Nicole is always patient and gives me options. I have been to many jewelery stores and always felt rushed and not important. But she makes me feel welcome and appreciated. Nicole gives customer service second to none. I look forward to seeing her again real soon.
Giving them a 1 star because zero can’t be given. They are cheats, frauds and scammers please never buy jewellery from them. I bought a ring from them that weighed 6.74 gms when I purchased it, then the sales person told me that they will resize it for me, and the left over Gold will be given to me with the ring, then they said it can’t be resized that low otherwise the diamonds will pop out so they custom made it for me, when it was time to pick up the ring I was given so many run arounds and then finally on the day of me f... read more
Donna was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I would like to say that Nicole from the Regent Mall location in Fredericton, NB really made an impression today when I came in to make an exchange. Not only polite and courteous but I was in an out seamless and went the extra mile to go to another store to get the item that wasn't in that location so I could go home and put a smile on my fiancé's face.
