Went in and dealt with Renata the (MIT) a few months ago and my experience was awful. Between her and the manager I felt unheard, spoken down too, and overall very disappointed with my experience there. I will not be returning until something is done with the way this store is run.

Hi Oralie and staff, I was in the store yesterday and Kyla helped me find something for myself. She was lovely. Super kind and helpful. I am happy with my bracelet and she made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Kyla…..I may return to the store while I’m here house sitting.😻
