I bought my wedding diamond ring from Charms Diamond Center just two years ago. Unfortunately, due to an accident, my ring got damaged. Went there yesterday (June 7) to get 3 watches fixed. The service was EXCELLENT and so was the price. The man that served me was such a gentleman! From my experience, I highly recommend this place.
Horrible customer service. We visited this store a few days ago and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the behaviour of one of the staff members. Rather than greeting or assisting us, he followed us very closely throughout the store, watching us intently the entire time as if we were going to steal. Since all the merchandise was behind glass, it was unclear why we were being monitored so closely.
