"I visited Charms Diamond Jan 16 specifically looking for pricing and information on a watch. I spent a significant amount of time at the counter, but not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered assistance. It’s disappointing to walk into a jewelry store ready to make a purchase and be treated as if you’re invisible. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how poor the after-sales service is. I’ll be buying my watch elsewhere."
Had a wonderful experience at Charm. I placed an order for a wedding band and needed it quicker than the usual timeline, but they were able to deliver after just 2 weeks. They did an excellent job on the size. Fits perfectly. Very professional and courteous staff.
Visited 3 separate times. Every time was a great experience. Kyle...sized my wife's watch in 5 minutes, no charge even though we purchased the watch elsewhere. Staff here are great and the reason I will happily do business there in the future. Great Bulova selection too.
