Visited 3 separate times. Every time was a great experience. Kyle...sized my wife's watch in 5 minutes, no charge even though we purchased the watch elsewhere. Staff here are great and the reason I will happily do business there in the future. Great Bulova selection too.
Very nice and courteous stuff
On Dec 17 in the evening I visited this store. A young blonde girl and two young men were working. I didn't get so much as a "hello", a "may I help you?" Or even a look. I browsed the entire center area of the store and was completely ignored. I assume it was cause I was dressed down in a hoodie and joggers but I was prepared to spend money on a present for my mother. I decided I could better spend my money elsewhere than be judged and ignored. Most unwelcome I've felt in a long while
