We have been coming to charm for the past 3 years. If you're looking for a jewelry store that truly cares about their customers, look no further! They are absolutely the best, I would recommend them to anyone from the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. Kara at Charm Diamond was super helpful and friendly when we looked at getting two of our rings repaired (rounded), gave us information and helped us get one of the rings resized, and even polished up the other ring free of charge. ☺ UPDATE: July 15th, 2026 We once again came and saw Kara to get a different ring repair quote. She also helped us price out wedding bands. (We plan to replace our $20 amazon wedding bands from 5 years ago lol).

We went to go get my dad’s watch resized and the lady there was not only friendly but also highly skilled. It was free of charge as well which was a bonus! You can really tell they care about their customers and the products they sell. I’ll definitely be back to check out their watches and jewelry!!
