We went to go get my dad’s watch resized and the lady there was not only friendly but also highly skilled. It was free of charge as well which was a bonus! You can really tell they care about their customers and the products they sell. I’ll definitely be back to check out their watches and jewelry!!

They were very helpful. My daughter was looking for a chain for her mom for Mother’s Day and they helped her find one in her budget. They went above and beyond by attaching the pendant she had to go with it and by putting it in a nice gift box and bag. My daughter also loved that they talked to her as the customer instead of to me as the adult. Highly recommend!!!

She was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such great customer service, and Rancy really made my day. Kara at Charm Diamond was super helpful and friendly when we looked at getting two of our rings repaired (rounded), gave us information and helped us get one of the rings resized, and even polished up the other ring free of charge. ☺️
