I gave them the ring for resizing on Wednesday and asked for a quote. I mentioned that if everything looked good, I’d go ahead with it. Usually, jewelry shops provide a quote right away or within a day or two. After following up twice, they finally got back to me the next Monday—just to say they can’t do it! Customer service is good but their process is super slow!
Disappointed with my experience. I was not making a purchase but needed assistance with an existing Charm product I own. Maybe when you are buying items, you receive friendlier, helpful service. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but the treatment I received was hurtful and still not sitting well with me.
