Took my girlfriend's reckless to get fix. It took two weeks longer to get it back. She lives in another province so it was over a month before she had a chance to see it. A charm was missing from it, the chain and charm we got back were damaged. They only offered to send it to the sane place to get polished, nothing about the missing 24 crt charm.
Always great service have no complaints if I’m buying jewellery I will buy them from charm diamond centre in Amherst. Great staff.!
