Really disappointed with the customer service. My boyfriend recently bought a ring from this store for me, and the stone fell out not long after, even though we took great care of it. I emailed them to ask about warranty or repair options and never received a response. It’s upsetting, especially since we expected better quality and support. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Biggest disappointment ever, went in to collect the replacement set that is valued at $3,000 and took them to be appraised and they went from $3,000 down to $510.00 worth. The stone fell out of my 20 year old engagement ring and brought it into Charm and the staff were excellent. They put my mind at ease that the stone could be put back in place and be good as new. In fact when I got it back it looked better than new! I was amazed at how it great it looked. I then took a few more of my rings to them to get the stones checked and claws redone. All of my rings I was very happy with. I wouldn't recommend another jewelry store. Staff expertise and understanding 10/10.
