Very kind, polite, nice. Went in to get my ring size measured and the lady who helped me was very helpful but also kind and nice.
Took a chain link bracelet to be resized, they measured my wrist and the bracelet. They wrote down in their order form to take 2 links out. I wait a few weeks before they called and said it was ready for pick up. Got there and they only removed 1 link. So they had to send it out again for another few weeks. Too costly to repair jewlery and waste of time. Go somewhere local and support local.
