Just dealt with the “manager” Tracy so unprofessional and very rude to customers wasn’t able to help me with what I’ve needed done even though I shop here regularly and never have an issue. Hopefully someone can cheer Tracy up so she has better days at work and is nice to customers.

Very kind, polite, nice. Went in to get my ring size measured and the lady who helped me was very helpful but also kind and nice.
Took a chain link bracelet to be resized, they measured my wrist and the bracelet. They wrote down in their order form to take 2 links out. I wait a few weeks before they called and said it was ready for pick up. Got there and they only removed 1 link. So they had to send it out again for another few weeks. Too costly to repair jewlery and waste of time. Go somewhere local and support local.
