Excellent customer service!! I stopped in a few days ago to get four rings cut off and Morgan (manager) generously helped me out. I am so grateful and will definitely be back!!
Literally always love coming here! They always clean my jewelry whenever I need. LOVE LOVE LOVE Morgan, she is the absolute best. She has helped with so much for my wedding engagement ring needs. I am so happy with my results, and I will continue coming here for my beautiful custom pieces. They also did my husbands band, and my wedding band. I get compliments all the time! Absolutely timeless pieces.
Customer service at this store is excellent. They always go above and beyond. They all seem to have incredible memories as they remember us from previous visits. I would recommend this store as the best.
Yesterday, a saleswoman looked at me with disdain and fled when I told her I had a very tight budget. They immediately offered me some options in a rude manner. How is it possible that they don't know what customer service is? My budget was actually 5,000 CAD, but I told them 500 to see what they would offer and test their service. Fortunately, they showed their true colors, and I didn't give my money to that store.
I had such a wonderful experience at Charm Diamond Centres in Market Mall!
