Poor quality and terrible service! I bought a ring just 2 years ago and already one of the stones has fallen out. When I went back to get it repaired, I was told there’s a lifetime diamond guarantee—but then the lady said mine was void because I didn’t come in for inspections every 6 months. How would I know this?? When I purchased the ring, nobody explained that missing these inspections would cancel the guarantee. I do not recommend. The 14k earring (Tuscany gold) bent and broke within two days. There is a lack of quality in the product. The bold guy had the nerve to tell me that returns could be made within 3months, when he was aware that it is 30 days. He bluntly lied to my face. This is not a product and place that I would recommend. Wll definitely not return.
