Sophie provided stellar customer service and was very knowledgeable. After seeing her help me daughter, I decided to buy a new pair of shoes, which had much more cushioning than my original shoes. Highly recommend this store.
Sophie was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure I had the right pair of shoes that fit perfectly and was extremely personable the entire time.
I’ve had a mixed bag of Experiences here. My main issue is its small so doesn’t have a lot of stock or colors, and only sells particular brands. The sales reps are decent and nice though. So that’s good, overall im happy with the service, and i think if you just need a good pair of running shoes you can find it here
