TLDR: Overall a poor experience. It took much longer than necessary, business operation seems haphazard, and required a lot of phone calls and time to simply get what I purchased. Everything was seemingly fine during the pre-sale experience. We browsed, picked out some furniture, negotiated a price, and then paid. Presumably, the only thing left to do is wait for our furniture to arrive, right? Wrong. They missed the delivery window twice with no notification or contact.
