If you are looking for a good curly cut Shanika is the person to go to. She does amazing cuts and spends the time teaching you about your curls, what products she recommends for your hair type and how to maintain the curls. She is a great stylist. The studio is always inviting and all the staff are always friendly and chatty to everyone, not just their own clients. On top of that they have an online booking system so what could be better. Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. Paid $219 (tip included) for a curly cut and left with frizzy, wet hair after a 12-minute late appointment and being upsold a useless hair mask. Staff openly complained about another client, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Do not be misled by their social media videos the real results don’t match the hype. I had such a great experience with Shanika! She is incredibly nice, professional, and very talented at what she does. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a haircut that I absolutely love. She also shared really helpful hair care tips that were personalized to my hair type, which I truly appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair health. I’m really satisfied with my haircut and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her!
