Horrible experience...I went in to have my headlights changed, it took two attempt to get it right and I still left the shop unsatisfied. Now I have to pay a real mechanic to get my headlights done right. Never again!!!!
These dudes do not do good work. They changed my brakes (after overcharging on labor…got same job on wife’s car 8 weeks before but labor was now more) and the brakes started squeaking after about a month. Take the car in 3 separate times and they say nothing is wrong but they will do the job again if I pay labor again. Take it for a second opinion and they figure out what is wrong in 20 minutes. I brought my vehicle to Over Charlys for an engine replacement, and they completed the job incredibly fast in just two days. Their pricing was great, and the techs were extremely helpful throughout the process. They even provided videos showing the old engine removed and the new one installed, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Came here for a redo on my oil change because the people who changed it a few days prior added too much oil, and they were able to redo it at a very reasonable price and it made my car work great again!!
