In the Auto Repair business communication and honesty is what I value, and these guys knock it out of the park! Fantastic service when it comes to updates on your vehicles. Consistent work and genuine care for you vehicle. They tell you what you need, not what they want. I've gotten assistance on multiple occasions with only being happy with the service. Charly’s Auto Repair is the definition of trustworthy. I brought my Subaru in after dealing with ongoing issues and they found that a previous mechanic had left out important caps for the fuel and air mixture. They could have charged me hundreds more, but instead they fixed it quickly and at a fair price. They even provided a loaner car so I could get back to work. Honest, accommodating, and family-owned — this is exactly the kind of business we should all support on the east side. Goodbye check engine light!! A++++++!!!!!!

Brought my truck in to get fixed the communication was top notch they took a video of what was wrong and sent it to me then sent me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it they really did a nice job everybody there were super nice and friendly my vehicles will not be going anywhere else but Charly’s thanks for being honest and for doing quality work
