Had a small project requiring some custom stone processing and needed it in a hurry. Charly Erica and Ingrid and the team got me what I needed in three days and it was perfect. Others wanted lots more and needed 7-10 days. I always felt they were trying to make me happy. Thank you!
Bad communication, Requested a estimate, the lady was nice and showed up looked at everything even showed her my parents house next door who also was looking for work to be done, I was told I would get the estimate the next day but nothing. Then I called multiple times over a weeks period and got the run around and I still haven’t received the estimate. We eventually went with another company and they are going to start working on both of our houses soon.
Do Not Trust!!! I requested a bid for a project I was financing through a CU. This was made clear to the company from day one. A week before closing they backed out of the project. This jeopardized our financing, created unnecessary stress for our family.
Charley did a mid five figure landscape remake for us last year. The crew tried hard but in the end they are gone it’s about “fair” and surely not worth the large money. Owner was literally never present. They do good rock work but artistic detail lacks, but do not let them do a lawn. No leveling. No guarantee. Sprinklers are good but were never tuned to avoid dry spots so dead spots abound. Granted our dogs are hard on grass but it’s just not at all flat. If I could give less than a star I would. This company just bailed on our Homeowners Association contract on a day when we got 8 inches of snow. Not sorry we didn't renew that contract.
