Charly calls herself our favorite realtor. After careful consideration and reflection, she is definitely correct! This sweet soul has given us all the time and attention we needed, and then some. I can’t say enough positive things about Charly. I’ve known Charly my whole life (literally) and there’s no one else I would trust with selling my house & buying a new one. She answered every single text and phone call (and there were a lot), assured us everything was going to be ok when I thought it wasn’t, jumped through every hoop, and made the process as smooth as possible. There are not enough words to describe how great Charly is at her job! She made the entire process, from start to finish, so incredibly easy. She advocated for us when things slowed down during the buying process and kept us informed of all the things we needed to get done as the buyers. She is very knowledgeable and I had no worries about finding the right place to call home with her leading the way.
