Charly calls herself our favorite realtor. After careful consideration and reflection, she is definitely correct! This sweet soul has given us all the time and attention we needed, and then some. She was in it with us, and was as invested as we were in finding the perfect home for us. She started us off with a detailed account of our must haves, preferences, and definitely nots. I can’t say enough positive things about Charly. I’ve known Charly my whole life (literally) and there’s no one else I would trust with selling my house & buying a new one. She answered every single text and phone call (and there were a lot), assured us everything was going to be ok when I thought it wasn’t, jumped through every hoop, and made the process as smooth as possible.
