The location is good but the rooms are not adequate at all, very stuffy and not very clean. Service was ok but the staff are limited of what they can do to help. Had to move to another location afyer one night.
This place was in the heart of Banff, yet it was quiet and quaint. It’s conveniently located right next to Chili’s, where we ate several nights because of their reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and both the heating and air conditioning worked great—essential since Canada’s weather changes frequently. Rates were around $340 per night. We truly enjoyed our stay!
I LOVED my stay here! The location is unbeatable about 5 min walk to downtown, my room was modern and impeccable, huge bathroom and nice cozy robe, and they have FREE BIKES so you can ride around and explore.
