Recently booked in for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised when we were informed our room was upgraded. The rooms were very clean and a good size for price. Jason at the front desk was a legend and helped us so much

Worst experience ever. Booked a loft fireplace room, but the fireplace was not working. Mini coolers weren't working. Had to waste my drinks and some food items.

Quaint older hotel. What i would expect in old time banff. We had a king bed in a loft with a gas burning fireplace. Love the atmosphere in our room.

We stayed at Charlton Banff for three nights, and our experience was nothing short of frustrating. First, our bathroom door didn’t lock, which was a major issue since we were four people sharing the room. Despite bringing this to their attention, it was never fixed. When we booked, the hotel advertised a heated pool, steam room, and hot tub—but after booking, we were informed that none of these amenities were available.
