Please reopen this facility. Please! Our area has been devastated by the closure of this urgent care. It was extremely convenient to us around this area. Absolutely the best urgent care I have ever went to. Very clean facility, very friendly staff! Great location. I'm not one to brag about places like this but I don't like to go to doctors or medical facilities, however this place is so comforting and welcoming I recommend it to everyone. Only downside is they don't accept child health plus fidelis.
Brought both my boys in and needless to say, the secretary there is horrendous! Very rude, snippy and down and out right should not be working with the public. Doctor and nurse that saw my boys was incredible. Very nice, friendly and got us in and out.
Very helpful staff, get in quick, get well taken care of. HOWEVER, there is no changing table in the restroom. When I told the secretary its a law she brushed me off. She stated”she doesnt own the building". Wasnt a fan of the cavalier attitude. At least try to note it and let your director know. Also there is no guest wifi...
