First time customers. Visited to take advantage of a 4 for the price of 3 promotion after having been customers of a bigger dealership in town for 17 years. Phone manner of office lady very good, and staff were accommodating in helping with our decision. Coffee machine everyone raves about was great, but on a bleak day it should have been a lot hotter.
