Dont leave messages at the delivery department, they never call back. Best is to call customer service desk, and that girl is very friendly and very helpful and tries her best to sort things out with a missed delivery, their driver Roland is awesome. For deliveries , we would appreciate better communication per text or email. People work and have to make arrangments to make sure somebody is home. And their tracking link never works.

Coordinator never answer the phone. This time, I did not bother leaving message because I doubt anyone acknlowledge it, so I wait until a real person answer phone. In the past, I even have left messages a day or so in advance because I have had delivery question about what they can accommodate (my parents are old and have appointments they cannot miss), yet delivery have ignore it or they respond too later saying they cannot make changes to the delivery. Paid one driver 5$ tip to leave my meds in my blue box because I wouldn't be home.....the next time it's a different driver and he tells me that is not allowed to be left without a signature even though I've been getting them dropped off for over a year...?
Fantastic service, kind pharmacists, appreciate the care that goes in to getting the medications delivered to my parents who have R.A and other issues. Always someone nice to speak to on the phone
