These people are incapable of answering the phone. My mother's medication is always nearly running out and they do not have the ability to deliver any day of the week because they are not like other big pharmacies (they have no money). You need to have somebody at the address or else they will not deliver it, which is so frustrating because most people work all day or their parents have appointments all day. Receptionist at injection clinic is young but already bitter? What’s with the attitude?
They never time the billings correctly and it ends up messing things up for me, and knowing it costs so much to pay out of pocket for these arbitrary medication costs. On top of that, they have a useless delivery department, and other times nobody even answers the phones. You will wait most of the day and then god forbid you leave to run an errand after getting fed up waiting because their "driver tracking" is inaccurate. They won't leave the delivery without a signature. Find another pharmacy
Dont leave messages at the delivery department, they never call back. Best is to call customer service desk, and that girl is very friendly and very helpful and tries her best to sort things out with a missed delivery, their driver Roland is awesome. For deliveries , we would appreciate better communication per text or email. People work and have to make arrangments to make sure somebody is home. And their tracking link never works.
