Worst clinic i have been to in canada... Managed to not send in my referral after two and half month with after my colonoscopy. Yes , TWO AND HALF MONTH of my referral not being sent and refused to confirm the delivery to the recipient office. I had to call both offices and chase this , while the recipient office was telling me they have not sent the referral and this office telling me they have done so. Natalia was the sweetest peach ever. And all the women doctors who took care of me during a less than desirable situation. The prep is by far the worst ever and I hope I haven’t to never do it again lmao but please know there is end in sight. The people here are very kind in generall. If you are feeling nervous Just know you’re in good hands. Currently on a delicious peach cocktail post recovery! Thank you to everyone here!
I went to the Charlton Digestive Disease Centre today. Full disclosure, it was my first colonoscopy and gastroscopy and I was very afraid. I was vomiting and having panic attacks, but the team at this clinic was kind, empathetic, patient, and comforting in my worst moments. The nurses were responsive and attentive, the anesthesiologist was reassuring and diligent.
