If I could give this 0 I would place needs shutting down they don't fix problems but give you extra ones they can charge you for staff are rude never even look at your car when they say they will disgusting service will inform ombudsman please do not bring your car here
Thought this was a reliable garage until I tried to get a simple job done when the owner was in Turkey' The price changed from £130 to £150 then after a confusion of parts going back and forward I was finally charged £206 without being allowed to see any invoices for the parts because they were "confidential". I was told that to 2 plastic covers for the wing mirrors were £30.00 each when I could see them listed on line from the same supplier for £8.99, This was explained as the price changes every day! If I could I would give no stars. Awful garage. They have changed parts that don't need changing. They have put in a reconditioned engine and I have had nothing but problems since. The engine is under warranty which I think they are trying to wait until it runs out so that they don't have to rectify the problem. I know what the problem is but it is too much work for them so they are trying to deny the issue. Will be going to the ombudsman regarding this.
