Went to look at a car, Charlie met myself and my wife outside. He was super friendly let me take a look all around the car as much as I wanted. I took the car for a test drive and found that the car needed some new brakes based on the driving feel. I told Charlie about this and he just acknowledged that, that was something he did not add to the car when he got it and he was willing to work with me about price negotiations. He was very transparent and communicative. Best car buying experience yet!
Quite literally the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. I paid for a vehicle in full cash at this dealership, which the car didn’t have current emissions done. I had to do it myself after purchasing. There was a tiling issue that took 50 days to resolve, to which I just now received my permanent plate 2 months later. These guys are the best!, My wife and I have been shopping around for a diesel pick up for quite a while, after getting shoved off at other dealers I stopped by Charlsbee on a whim, Not knowing that they were appointment only. Not only did Charlie welcome me in anyway, but actually took me for a test drive in this monster of an 06 f350! It’s been like a month I believe.
